We at GB Property Management & Lettings are a family run business specialising in letting residential properties across the West Devon and East Cornwall area. Glenda Bassett established the company in 1991, with her daughter Nancy Williams joining her as a partner in 2004.

The Company has gone from strength to strength and have been winning awards for Best Lettings Branch of the Year and Customer experience since 2019 with the most recent awards 2023-2024 Gold in the British Property Awards and 2023 AllAgents Awards Gold for Tavistock and Bronze for Devon.

Our team have an excellent knowledge of Landlords and Tenants expectations, ensuring that each property is matched to individual requirements. Our aim is to achieve a successful and stress free let for both Landlord and Tenant.

Based in Tavistock, GB Property Management & Lettings covers an area spanning West Devon and East Cornwall, including Dartmoor, the surrounding villages, and extending to the Northern outskirts of Plymouth. All our properties are presented to a high standard and comprehensive emergency support is provided when required.

In addition to offering a bespoke service, we have a daily updated website that showcases all our properties in easy to understand, uncomplicated categories, providing a wide selection of styles and sizes encompassing studio flats, family homes, townhouses and rural retreats. Detailed photographs give a comprehensive view of aspect, interior and location.
