Tenants Information
GB Property Management and Lettings will guide you through the Lettings process from your initial enquiry to the signing of the Tenancy Agreement by our friendly and helpful Team.

All viewings are accompanied by a member of our Team, who will be able to provide full information on the property and local amenities.
Please note pets, smokers and children are subject to the Landlords approval at their discretion.

Tenants Requirements
A Holding Fee equal to half a month’s rental is to be paid on proceeding with a property, at which time the property is held exclusively for you subject to satisfactory references being obtained.
Referencing checks will be carried out on all prospective Tenants, and all applicable fees will be payable in advance.
One Applicant - £70.00 plus VAT
Two Applicants £125.00 plus VAT
Additional Applicants - £50.00 plus VAT
Upon signing the Tenancy Agreement, the balance of funds due is one month's rent in advance, and a Damage Deposit which is generally equivalent to a month's rental less the Holding Fee already paid.
Damage Deposit Information
The Damage Deposit will be held by a Nominated Scheme Provider. The Deposit is returnable at the end of the Tenancy Agreement to the Tenant, provided that the Tenancy Agreement terms and conditions are complied with, and the property is left in a satisfactory condition with fair, wear and tear taken into consideration.
